The view from the pool was stunning. The spa was nice and relaxing. They served good food in the restaurant.
The staff only spoke two languages and we couldn't communicate. The pool opened late, which was really disappointing.

Spending the New Year’s Eve at this hotel was an amazing experience. the views from the infinity pool were breathtaking, especially surrounded by snow-capped mountains. the saunas were so relaxing after a day on the slopes. the location of the hotel is perfect, as it’s just a short walk to the ski lifts. the hotel offers a shuttle service to take you to the town center and back, which is very convenient. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.
Although most of our stay was great, we found the cost of dinner to be quite expensive for the quality of the food. there were some families who were not following the pool rules, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
